By accessing or using Woozul.com, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Woozul LLC ("Woozul," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.
Woozul provides a subscription-based digital entertainment platform offering:
Woozul is designed for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on Woozul constitutes lottery advice, financial advice, gaming advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Woozul does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, process bets, operate games of chance, act as a lottery courier, or participate in lottery transactions of any kind.
All numbers, rankings, alerts, predictions, projections, mathematical calculations, historical drawing data, frequency reports, pattern reviews, and platform content are provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Past results, historical data, mathematical patterns, or number-analysis tools do not predict, influence, or guarantee future outcomes. Users should not rely on Woozul as a method to win any lottery, contest, drawing, sweepstakes, or game of chance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Woozul. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Woozul complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable in your state, country, or jurisdiction. Woozul makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawful in all locations.
To access certain features of Woozul, you must create an account. You agree to:
Woozul reserves the right to terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.
Woozul offers the following annual subscription plans. Weekly picks reset every Sunday.
Weekly pick allowances apply to Powerball and Mega Millions, the two games available in every participating jurisdiction, and reset each Sunday.
You select your state when you register, and Woozul offers you the lottery games drawn in that state. Woozul does not sell lottery tickets, and tickets for a state lottery game can generally only be purchased within the state that offers it.
On any plan, including the free plan, you may add the State Games Upgrade for $5.00 per year. It gives unlimited picks for the lottery games operated by your registered state. It does not change your weekly allowance for Powerball and Mega Millions, which are multi-state games covered by your plan rather than by this upgrade. The upgrade is included at no extra charge with The Wizard. It runs for one year and renews annually unless cancelled, ends if the subscription it was added to ends, and is not a lottery ticket, a wager, or an entry into any drawing.
Founder Pricing. Founder prices are available to any subscriber who begins a paid subscription on or before December 31, 2026. There is no limit on the number of founder subscriptions. If you subscribe at a founder price, that price will not increase for as long as your subscription remains active and continues to renew. If you cancel, or your subscription ends for non-payment, founder pricing ends, and any later subscription is charged at the then-current regular price. Paid subscriptions beginning on or after January 1, 2027 are charged the regular prices listed above.
All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Woozul and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price.
Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
Woozul reserves the right to change subscription prices with advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Founder prices are the exception: they do not increase while a founder subscription remains active (see Section 6.1).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@woozul.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Unless required by law, prior charges are non-refundable. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Woozul does not store full credit card numbers. Your payment information is governed by Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
You agree not to use Woozul to:
All content on Woozul, including but not limited to the co-occurrence analysis methodology, algorithms, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations, is the property of Woozul LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
WOOZUL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WOOZUL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS WILL BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
WOOZUL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO LOTTERY OUTCOMES, PRIZE WINNINGS, OR FINANCIAL RESULTS OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOZUL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Woozul's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Woozul in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Woozul is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any state lottery commission, government lottery agency, casino, sportsbook, gaming operator, or wagering platform unless expressly stated in writing.
By opting into SMS notifications, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Woozul. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Consent Policy for full details.
Your use of Woozul is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Woozul reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
