privacy@woozul.comMost questions we get already have an answer on the site, and you will get it faster than we can type it. These are the four we are asked most often:
We aim to answer every email within two business days. Account and billing questions usually come back the same day. If you have written to us and heard nothing after three business days, assume the message went astray rather than that it was ignored — send it again, or try hello@woozul.com, which is the address we watch most closely.
We do not have a phone line. We are a small team, and a published number we could not answer reliably would be worse than none at all.
We would rather tell you this up front than have you wait on a reply that was never going to be useful.
We can help with anything about your Woozul account, billing and cancellation, a figure on the site you think is wrong, how a number on a page was calculated, a broken link or a page that will not load, and press or partnership questions.
We cannot help with the following, and no amount of asking will change these:
Please tell us — genuinely. Our results are read automatically from published lottery data, and automation sometimes gets it wrong. Email hello@woozul.com with the game, the drawing date, and what you believe the correct numbers are, and we will check it against the source and correct it if we are wrong.
One thing to understand, though: the official state lottery is always the authority, not us. Never treat a number on this site as confirmation that a ticket has won or lost. Always check your ticket with the lottery or an authorized retailer.
For entry, eligibility, and winner questions about our weekly vacation certificate giveaway — including the taxes and resort fees a winner is responsible for — read the Official Rules first, then email hello@woozul.com with "Giveaway" in the subject line.

Postal mail reaches us, but email is considerably faster. If you are writing about the giveaway, the same address appears in the Official Rules as the sponsor’s address of record.
